To facilitate filing, re-filing when necessary, and appealing claims we need a few things from you in addition to your basic insurance information, such as:

– signed HIPAA release authorizations that allow your insurers to speak to Health Claims Concierge about your Personal Health Information,

– permission to contact your providers – this can be set up in advance or┬ádone on an as needed basis,

– permission to log in to your insurer’s website(s) as your representative, and

– information relating to specific health events that will facilitate the filing of claims.
